    1. there will be absolutely no side effects after finishing the diet..you'll moreover feel very light..in case you want to lose more weight, then follow the 1200 cal diet for a week and then follow the gm diet again..

      else, you can get back to your normal lifestyle, if you don't want to lose any more weight. hope u get it..

  3. I have an urgent marriage to attend to in about 20 days. Can I repeat 2 cycles back to back. I am doing HIIT workout too with the diet. And I am 10kgs above.my ideal weight.

    1. Yes, two cycles is fine with a gap of 4 to 5 day in between. Make sure you don't practice the HIIT workout on the first 4 days of the diet as you'll not have any muscle strength to perform such workouts..do it from day 5 to 7. All the best :) Look fab for the event :)

    1. if u follow it strictly, u'll lose atleast 5kgs in a week. and once u complete the diet, you should follow a healthy lifestyle or else u'll gain ur lost weight back...u can either follow the 1500 cal diet or 1200 cal meal plan.

    1. First of all..cngr8 for the weight loss. You can follow the 1200 or 1500 cal meal plan in order to maintain/lose further weight..

      You can also follow the gm diet with a gap of 5 days in between the sessions..
