First, let us look at the ingredients or items required to prepare the power soup.
  • Water - 28 ounces (or 0.82 liter)
  • Tomatoes - 2 (medium sized)
  • Onions – 6
  • Green Peppers – 2
  • Chopped celery and cabbage mix

Tomato Soup Preparation

In a medium size pot, pour some water and then add onions, tomatoes, green peppers along with some salt and pepper as needed. Once it is half boiled, add the celery and cabbage mix and leave it until all the ingredients are fully boiled (hint: they are tender). Once completed, serve it hot.

    3. You can have the wonder soup (cabbage) on all days of the diet but i suggest power soup on veg only days (day 2,3,5,6) for best results.

    1. Don't add sugar to milk, instead make a banana milk shake..that would taste gr8.. (day 4 only)

  9. I dont like milk without sugar ... infact inactually dont like milk... can i drink it with capachino or horlicks or bournvita?
    Also i feel drained without salt... is it mandatory to avioid salt in any form on the first four days? I was thinking of having lemon water with salt?

      milk should be had only on day 4
      salt can be used limitedly in all foods..no issues.
      lemon water with some salt will treat nausea..it is fine..

    1.Can I start having wonder soup and tomato soup from day 2?

    1. 1.soup can be had on all days, irrespective of the menu in those days.
      2.any vegetable except potato
      3.yes, brown bread is recommended too. 6 slices max per day..

      In most cases, drinking less water will be the problem for less weight loss..next time, try to drink at least 3 litres..
